Aspire Channel Swim
Are you looking for an incentive to get fit, try a new hobby, improve your health, help someone in need or in fact, all four? Then The Aspire Channel Swim, taking place between 10th September - 3rd December, might be just the thing for you!
Swim the distance of the English Channel for charity and raise money for people paralysed by Spinal Cord Injury. Sign up on your own or in a team and take on the 22 miles in your own time! The swimming challenge is achievable for all ages and fitness levels; Aspire have previously welcomed families, work offices and children.
When & Where
Take part in the swimming challenge in your own time, at your local pool…anywhere you like. There is no need to travel far for the Aspire charity swim; they understand the importance of fitting the challenge around your day to day life. You can feel good at little cost or time spared, win!
