Join the Easter Egg Treasure Hunt at Blue Cross Cambridge

Blue Cross is holding an Easter Egg Treasure Hunt at its rehoming centre in Cambridge on Easter Sunday to raise money for the national pet charity.

At the end of the hunt, which will take place at the charity’s centre on Garlic Row on Sunday April 1, each child who takes part will receive a chocolate treasure. There will also be a jumble sale of pet goods including toys, beds, food and much more on sale.

All proceeds from the hunt and the jumble sale will go towards helping the tens of thousands of pets Blue Cross helps every year at its rehoming centres and animal hospitals across the country like thee-year-old longhair cat Steve.

Stray cat Steve was transferred to Blue Cross Cambridge after being found by a member of the public cold and shivering in the snow in Mitcham, south west London, and taken into the pet charity’s animal hospital in Merton.

The Easter Egg Trail will run from 11am until 1pm. Tickets cost £3 for each child.
